We don't want you "reinventing" so we created a TON of imagery resources you can feel free to use. First, watch my quick video below on how to use these...

2018 HSR Study of Over 4200 Homes
Every other year we do our own statistics since we have so many members and we like to have an "HSR Certified" benchmark. These statistics are the BEST and they are only for HSR Certified members/grads because there is a difference in training and expertise.
Here's the details of the study:
This graph is an image, so feel free to "right click and save as..." onto your computer. It displays the percentage difference a professionally staged home received in price vs the "un-staged" neighbor. Keep in mind that no one has a crystal ball but based on the real estate knowledge that each of these stagers had of their area, they chose an average.
This graph was most surprising because it shows the "happiness" level of the seller. Nearly every stager had a 95% and above happiness and satisfied customer level!
Finally, the last graph shows where most of the respondents came from and as you can see, they were from all over.
One of the measurements we could not graph but we found extremely interesting is that there was a direct correlation between the money spent on staging and the amount of return they received!
- When homes spent just .5% MORE on staging they typically saw a jump of over 5% increase in value.
- The stagers who charged more (in the 1-2% realm) had the best statistical results.
- Conversely, the stagers who charged less did not get as good results
The lesson learned from that statistic is to hold your ground on what needs to be done for the best sales outcome!
