NEW Marketing Materials Section - I've added more Canva Templates to the Members Training Area and this time it's in the form of brochures and business cards.  In a quick video I show you how to easily take the verbiage we've created for you and add it to another Canva brochure template if you want.  Canva has cheap pricing for marketing materials and I like that it's super easy to use to check it out

Going to the Las Vegas Market this Month?

Canva has a new technology that allows me to GIVE YOU ALL MY TEMPLATES...woot!  

 
This means you simply click on the link for the Staging Cheat Sheet, Red Flag Checklist, Realtor Handout, Staging Stats, Top Ten Imagery etc.. and those templates go into your own free, Canva account.

 
You then can edit it to your heart's content...change colors, fonts, photos, etc...

2. NEW How to Take a Vacant Phone Order AND Photo Inspirations
I've also added a NEW video where we look at a ton of before and after photos of vacant spaces, so you can see what was done, what was purchased and start building your own inventory.Along those lines, I've redone the Seller and Realtor Order Sheet to dig a bit deeper in your vacant questioning, so you can provide a simple, per room range over the phone to pre-qualify your clients. Voting has begun and I'm so, so proud of the MANY HSR Members who are listed, as well as the INCREDIBLE body of work represented...here's my highlights from this RESA Awards voting:

  • Love, love, love to see that so many HSR grads were voted as "Industry Influencers"! You all inspire me daily and I'm so proud that we all work to building a better industry...crazy that almost half were HSR.
  • Super proud of Michelle Minch for being nominated for the Lori Kim Polk Lifetime Achievement Award! She never stops contributing to our Stagers Connect group and to RESA.
  • Also happy to see a bunch of HSR grads in the Kathy Nielsen Spirit Award since I know first hand how tireless Leslie Anderson, Holly Taylor and Kristine Vowles work for their chapters and this industry...you guys rock!
  • Finally, I'm super excited to have my brand new Expert E-Designers training nominated for the Most Innovative Product of the Year Award.

- In your feedback forms, a lot of you suggested breaking the manual up by DAY to help it better correspond with the online portion of the training, so that's what we've done.

NEW 2019 NAR Profile of Home Staging Statistics

NAR surveyed their members about home staging and the statistics (for the most part) are even BETTER than before!

Here's an example... in 2017 only 77% of buyers agents thought staging had an impact and now it's up to 83%!
