We have a lot to go over in Week One, so get ready to buckle up! Before we begin, I want to remind you that "taking your time" while "focusing on momentum" is the right way to learn. Don't beat yourself up if you haven't completed all the training on your "to do" list!

Our larger "Guides" are inside the manual which corresponds day-by-day to the Members Training Area:
